Ok, so not having cable or Tivo or DVR has two down sides for me, no Monday night football-thanks ESPN and if I miss a show I can't digitally record it. So I miss out on my fave tv shows with the exception of the ABC shows. This network has
the best media player to watch old episodes. While out getting "Fired up" with Obama on thursday I missed the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy so I watched it online. I loved the opener; great job Shonda, Private practice-not so much. Usually one company sponsors your viewing so there are about 4 commercials sprinkled during the episode. HP sponsored the episode I watched.
Now is it just me or is Hewlett Packard on the design attack!? They are using music, design and pop icons to push their laptops and printers. So who's the creative genius behind these ads you may ask, it's the San Francisco based ad agency Goodby, Silverstein and Partners. I'm not running out to buy a HP laptop-I'm a Mac girl, although I do need a new printer- but watching these HP ads makes having no Tivo to fast forward through commercials o-kay : )
